Bottling Notes:
Watson’s Trawler Rum is a Navy style dark rum, marrying spirits from Barbados and Guyana. The rums have been aged in their countries of origin, before they’re blended together in the UK. A great mixing tipple that should do very well with ginger beer and a good wedge of lime.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Thick, tarry molasses notes on the nose. This also offers up cinnamon and dates.
Palate: Coffee beans, spice and dark treacle. A rich, thick, slightly spirity palate.
Finish: Develops on oak and fragrant woods.
