Bottling Notes:
Sourced from 100% Palomino vineyards in Jerez Superior, the Fino Pando is aged in traditional American oak casks for a minimum of 5 years.
This results in a full-bodied sherry with complex aromas, perfect as an aperitif or with cheese and charcuterie boards and seafood.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Notes of almonds and green fruit and aromas reminiscent of the yeast layer
Palate: Bone-dry and bright with chalky, mineral, olive and briny flavours .
Finish: Elegant and intense.
