Tasting Notes:
Nose: Beautifully creamy vanilla with a hint of cherry pie and sweet short crust pasty.
Palate: Sweet and buttery. This is wonderfully 3 dimensional for a single grain carrying a delicate mixed spice which binds the character of this fantastic dram together.
Finish: Warming and more robust than expected but in the best possible way.
