Bottling Notes:
The white Albariza soil of Jerez is formed by diatoms, microscopic marine algae fossilised over millions of years. A bota is the local term for a wooden barrel: each bota is carefully selected for its unique character and quality, in a similar way that Single Casks of whisky are selected for their excellence.
Tasting Notes:
Made from 100% Palomino, orange peel gives a ringing freshness to compliment a backbone of brooding, nutty flavours. The texture being silky and vivacious, there is a vanilla and cigar box on the finish which is persistent and long.
