Glaschu Spirits Co have released a 12 Year Old Caol Ila finished in a fist fill ruby port Barrique. Caol Ila- ‘the sound of Islay” a fan-favourite amongst peated whisky lovers and Islay’s biggest distillery.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Smoked bacon, Barrique sauce, freshly baked cherry pie

Palate: Smokey stewed red fruits, plum jam, dark chocolate and lemon drizzle cake.

Finish: Peat & Sweet - juicy flame raisins are the last to leave the stage
