Each Single Farm origin from Waterford Distillery is a compelling and intriguing whiskey, taking the grain from a single farm.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Walnuts and pecans, with buttery biscuits and a hint of zesty citrus and crisp melon.

Palate: Still nutty, now with brown bread and Sesame Snaps mixed in. A slow build of chocolatey notes appear later on.

Finish: Green apple, cut grass, a pinch of cinnamon.
