With the same core base of pink peppercorns, sweet fennel and rose petals, the addition of a sweet syrup creates this smooth and sweet gin, which is a perfect sipping gin, or a great base for a cocktail.

Nose: Sweet, fresh and fragrant
Palate: Using the same core product as our Original gin, with a sweetness carried through from the sugar syrup.
Finish: Refreshingly sweet gin with angelica and smooth lingering sweet fennel that tickles once consumed
