Bottling Notes:
Though the Grassa family has been producing Armagnac at Domaine Tariquet since 1912, the history of the lauded estate stretches back much further. In fact, records show that the first bottles were produced here all the way back in 1683. And this classic spirit is still made in a traditional way that nods to these roots.
A very mellow spirit having undergone 10 to 12 years barrel ageing. It is nutty, spicy, elegant and moreish! Made from the traditional varieties, Ugni Blanc and Baco, in the heart of the Bas Armagnac region.
Tasting Notes:
The resulting Armagnac has powerful aromas of dried fruit, quince and coconut and flavours of prune, almond and leather.
