Bottling Notes:
Founded in 1631, Bodegas Baron is a small producer obsessed with quality. A 480-year-old producer, who will supply the brand with sherry casks to mature Port of Leith whisky in. While we wait for the whisky, the brand is bottling sherry first to give us an idea of what to expect from the casks, an idea we love. This Manzanilla is made in the same style as Fino sherry; bone dry, and is a fine cocktail ingredient as well as sipper.Their Manzanilla.
The Port of Leith Distillery are looking to produce the finest whiskies aged in Sherry cask, and it was for this reason that the relationship between the two began. Soon this sherry's flavours will be found in their exciting new whiskies.

Bone dry with fresh lemon zest, peaches and almonds with a doughy flavour that lingers on your palate.
