A limited release from Outlaw Rum, which has pushed the boundaries, of premium Caribbean Rum matured in a Pinot Noir hogshead.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Wine gums, wood, sweet fruity aromas. Very rounded with a distinctive red wine gum blending to a very slight smoke, creamy toffee notes and coffee.
Taste: Deep coffee, dark fruits, smoothness with a rich coating in the mouth. Toffee, cherry red wine with a hint of smoke - fruity west, short and sharp spice on the younger leading into a finish of wood, soft pencil shavings and oak.
Finish: Lingering sweetness that lasts and lasts.
