Coming from the Cevennes terraces, Chatus is a grape variety rooted in the Ardèche wine heritage. The vineyard is south facing with sandstone soils, sheltered from the wind. The vineyard only produces 55 hectares of this grape.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby red in colour. It displays a medium nose of forest fruits with blackberries, lite notes of dried bay leaves. Partially aged in oak barrels, this 10% Chatus Cuvee is a full-bodied wine with a complex structure.
