Bottling Notes:
The white Albariza soil of Jerez is formed by diatoms, microscopic marine algae fossilised over millions of years. A bota is the local term for a wooden barrel: each bota is carefully selected for its unique character and quality.
This is an elegant 100% Pedro Ximenez, aged for 5 year in bota. Concentrated and nuanced this is an ethereal wine with endless finish.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Packed with figs, dark chocolate, roasted coffee and cigar box aromas.
Palate: Thick and sweet and extremely well balanced.
