In honour of that mythical bird, the whisky was finished in new charred oak casks. Offering the woods notes of creamy caramel, milk chocolate, ginger and pepper to the Speyside spirit. The casks bring an enticing new spectrum of flavours to life.

Nose: Scents of coconut, creamy caramel and milk
Palate: Caramel gives way to gentle tones of wood spice, vanilla and sweet ginger
Finish: A peppery note emerges, then fades into notes of light oak, nuts and malt.
