Glenallachie’s latest Wood Range, a 9 year old finished in an Amontillado Sherry Cask Finish. Using casks that previously held this well-aged style of sherry, the subsequent single malt brims with dark cherries, toasted hazelnuts and caramel sauce.

Nose: Soft orchard fruits, cinnamon and heather honey, with butterscotch, hazelnuts and dark tobacco.
