Tasting Notes:

Nose: Ground almond, tinned pear and salted caramel, with an aromatic smoky note running through alongside a hint of vanilla.

Palate: Key lime pie, toffee apple, oak char, anise and smoky bonfire embers.

Finish: Lemon peel and warming nutmeg and ginger, with just a hint of persisting smoke
