From the Cabrach Hills near Huntly, Aberdeenshire comes this beautiful premium Caribbean Rum. A combination of Caribbean tradition and Whisky maturation, this unique collaboration is full of character. Bought as a birthday present from owner Jim for his wife Rachael, she let him bottle this beautiful rum only after it reached perfection. A bold and defiant spirit, it's one to be savoured on it's own.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Orange peel, cinnamon, brown sugar and liquorice with orange blossom honey.
Palate: Roasted nuts, complex depth of honey and a leathery mustiness. Honey glazed gammon but littered with sweet spices of clove. Treacle sweetness and toffee develop.
Finish: Molasses is prominent and complemented with an oak spice and again, dried orange.
