Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

Your booking and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your booking with us, we respectfully request at least 7 days notice.

Our venue and tour bus holds limited seating, and many of our events sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled event. This will allow is to offer your spot to another customer. You may call us at 01467 622412 between the hours of 10am to 6pm Monday to Saturday or email us on events@inveruriewhiskyshop.com to cancel.

Please note, we do not offer refunds. However, if you give us at least 7 days notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment toward another event. However, if you do not cancel with at least 7 day’s notice, will result in a cancellation fee.

If you are cancelling a Virtual Tasting where your products have already been sent to you then no refund will be given.

Rescheduling

We understand that due to unforeseen circumstances you may need to reschedule your event with us.  We request that you give at least 7 days’ notice. Less than 7 days’ notice will incur a rebooking fee.
