Bottling Notes:
150 years ago, ten thousand Highlanders left Scotland for a new life down under. They took with them their unique cattle, hoping they would thrive on Australia’s rugged plains just as they did back home. The Highland coo’s still graze around the family vineyards and have this wine named after them.
