Bottling Notes:
Their Pink Grapefruit Old Tom gin derives from the popular ‘Design a Rock Rose Gin Label’ competition of 2016, which was released as the wonderful citrus-based Artists’ Edition.
They decided to bring it back as a fresher version for 2019 using organic pink grapefruit peel, all lovingly peeled by their distillery team! These are added to the botanical basket and vapour infused along with all our traditional gin botanicals. It is then lightly sweetened with muscovado sugar.
Recommended Serve: A Premium Tonic, Lots Of Ice And A Slice Of Fresh Grapefruit.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Bright and zesty with fresh grapefruit coming through.
Palate: Fresh and citrusy but very well balanced with the juniper and lovely notes of vanilla appearing.
Finish: Lasting sweetness with a depth of grapefruit tang.
