Every year during “Malting Season” the dedicated team of crafts people at Benriach malt the barley onsite the old way, using the historic floor malting. The malt produced during Malting Season results in a rounded and creamy single malt of exceptional richness of character. The second edition is crafted entirely onsite beginning with the hand malting of the concerto barely then slow maturation in first fill bourbon casks in the earthen floored warehouse. The result is an extraordinarily smooth single malt, rich creamy with layers of roasted malt and barley sweetness

Nose: Rich malt sweetness with barley sugar and meandering enrobed in creamy white chocolate.
Palate Smooth honeycomb infused with citrus and orchard apple, with an enveloping fruit, malt and vanilla finish.
