Height of Arrows Bright 70cl

Bottling Notes:

The Bright expression is multi-shot, a gin distilling technique that concentrates botanical flavour. To create Bright they use over three times the amount of juniper we use in our first expression of Height of Arrows. The resulting spirit is then diluted with water to open up the flavours. The result is a gin that is big and bright and bursting with complex flavour.

Key Botanicals: Juniper, Beeswax, Sea Salt

Tasting notes:

Nose:  Sharp pine, fresh, eucalyptus almost menthol. Zingy lemon sherbet

Palate: Hints of bitter lemon pith. Rich and oily, with further citrus.

Finish: Long, effervescent, and slightly floral.
