Tasting Notes:
Nose: Honeycomb, butterscotch and toffee sauce, with crystalised ginger, mocha and peaches.
Palate: Tropical fruits, heather honey and baking spices, followed by Demerara sugar, coconut and marmalade, with citrus notes, caramel and ice cream on the finish.
