Single cask bottling from Goldfinch Paloma range of a 13 year old Ardmore finished in a Palo Cortado Sherry Finish.  

This lightly peated Highland single malt whisky from Ardmore Distillery has been finished in a Palo Cortado sherry cask. Locally sourced peat from St Fergus delivers a dry sweet smoke that works wonderfully with the fruit and butter notes from the sherry finish.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Vanilla, caramel and sweet peat smoke.

Palate: Sweet smooth honey on the palate with leather, oak and a dry smoke

Finish. A medium to long finish with a little dried spice and lingering dry but smooth smoke.
