Bottling Notes:
New Release from Lost Loch Distillery in conjunction with @whiskyteuchter. The first labelling of Auchlossan in the form of a 10 Year Old Miltonduff finished for 14 months in an oloroso sherry cask.
The Auchlossan name comes from a loch near Aboyne that was once a favourite for fishermen in the area. The loch was drained during troubled times to make way for farmland and crop growing and is now known as the Lost Loch.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Cloves, stewed fruits with citrus zest waxy polish and a grassy herbal undertone.
Palate: Soft sherry influences go into cinnamon spice with citrus zest hanging around and chocolate covered nuts. There's vanilla and custard cream notes adding depth of oak flavour
Finish: Slightly drying oak with a warm spiced forest fruits
