Bottling Notes:
Limited release from Glaschu Spirits Co of a 12 Year Old Burnside, which has been finished in an Amarone cask. Burnside is a teaspooned malt of two neighbouring Speyside giants, residing on the banks of the river Fiddich. Technically a blend of two single malts, 99.9% was distilled near Balvenie Castle with a teaspoon-full of the Fiddich Valley’s finest added in at the end.
Cask Type: Ex-bourbon hogshead, first fill Amarone wine barrel for last 18 months.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Stewed Berries, marzipan, fresh baked donuts
Palate: Homemade cherry and blackcurrant jam, dark chocolate, custard sweetness.
Finish: Rich and fruity finish, berries and wine.
