Bottling Notes:
This was supposed to be a hogshead, it wasn't. We know it's a barrique, but that is all. It's a pleasant surprise though even for bottlers inherently wary of red wine casks!
Label is a random pattern as this was a random cask.nWhy it was picked by LBD - they love a bit of dirty dunnage whisky and this does the trick. Also, They have an email, of an email, cc'd into another email that says they can probably name this distillery rather than make it a secret Orkney as well.

Palate: Fresh fig, candied peel, fine funky peat.
