Bottling Notes:
Australia meets Scotland in this first release of limited edition collaborations from Turntable Spirits. The idea behind 'Collaborations' is for the team at Turntable Spirits to work with likeminded creators and produce something special.
For this blend they have worked with Starward Distillery in Melbourne, Australia. They have created a blend that showcases Starward's style (ex-Australian wine casks), but combined with the smoke and salt of Islay, and the fruitiness of Speyside single malts. Add in some older grains, and you have a blend with additional depth and complexity. Best enjoyed on a Beach (Scottish or Australian)

(The bottle and label design was inspired by the golden Starward star and attempts to illustrate how each hemisphere sees a different side to the starry sky. The bottle will show the stars of the northern hemisphere when the lights are on, then change to the stars of the southern hemisphere in UV ink when in darkness.)
