Tasting Notes:
Nose: Ripe fruits, peaches and blood orange initially on the nose,
Palate: ‘Pink panther’ wafers, toffees and millionaire shortcake. Tannins, bitter citric notes and blood orange to taste with hints of jaffa cake. With water, the same aromas with the addition of tinned fruit and white chocolate.
Finish: The reduced palate softens the tannins and brings with it peaches, apples, plums and apricots with the blood orange a consistent note throughout.
