Perpetuity III is an infinite blend Scotch whisky. Inspired by the concept of an infinity bottle. Blending exemplary casks of Single Grain and Single Malt, before bottling a portion of the vat. They then add further casks of different whiskies, before once again bottling a portion. This process will be repeated again and again, creating an increasingly complex whisky. 46% ABV
Table Whisky Table Whisky is a sommelier's choice. A single grain whisky distilled in Edinburgh, matured in new oak and ex-sherry casks, blended in Leith with notes of toffee popcorn, ginger cake and vanilla 43% ABV
Aberfeldy Single Cask A single cask from Aberfeldy Distillery matured in a Refill Hogshead before being finished in Sherry. Tasting notes of banana bread, custard creams and candied ginger. 46.1% ABV
