This blend is an open combination of Speyside and Highland malts and Lowland Grain, including: Craigellachie (Pedro Ximenez Puncheon), Blair Athol (Virgin Oak Barrel), Craigellachie (Oloroso Butt,) Balmenach (Pedro Ximenez Puncheon) and North British (Virgin Oak Barrel)

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Gingerbread, blackcurrants and plums with toffee apples, vanilla, and coffee beans.
Palate: Dark dried fruits with winter spices and orange est. A backbone of sweet malted cereals with caramel and some more plums and toffee apples.
Finish: Sweet spices and mixed peppers.
