Bottling Notes:
Master Distiller, Robert Fleming, created this small batch bottling by specially selecting Tomintoul aged in exceptional ex-bourbon American oak casks, which are then married & finished in hand selected Tempranillo wine barrels sourced from Spain. The process of ‘finishing’ creates a beautifully rich, complex & full flavoured single malt scotch whisky.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: A bouquet of strawberry jam, cinder toffee, syrup sponge cake and cooked fruits with vanilla and chamomile highlights.
Palate: A wash of mixed berry compote, brandy snap biscuits and custard pastries married with white pepper, toasted oak and cappuccino coffee.
Finish: Cosy impressions of dark chocolate, raspberry and stem ginger fading into an espresso and roast chestnut linger.
