This elegant Prosecco Spumante from Italy is made from the grape varieties Glera and Pinot Noir. In Veneto, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of clay and limestone. Following the manual harvest, the grapes are brought to the winery by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and gently pressed. The fermentation of the base wines follows.
